Matrox Extio F1420

The Matrox Extio™ F1420 multi-display Remote Graphics Unit enables the extension of up to four displays, audio, , two IEEE 1394 FireWire ports, and up to six USB devices, such as keyboard and mouse, by up to 820 feet (250 meters) of fiber-optic cable. In addition, Extio F1420 features passive (fanless) cooling and PCI Express technology, which makes it an ideal solution for professional and mission critical applications requiring a reliable and stable graphics and I/O extension solution. By separating the computer from the monitors and user-interface, the Extio series of products helps address issues such as security, heat, noise, system maintenance and support in high-reliability computing environments.
