Stateless Thin Worksataion

The VirtualTrader platform combines a hardened Linux desktop operating system with cutting-edge virtualization client software from HP (RGS), Citrix Client, VDI and R-Desktop (RDP).  As our Linux development team is in house, any client software can be integrated to create an OS based on business needs.

As today's thin clients are typically underpowered, IT Pros developed a Thin Workstation to provide the user a local desktop experience while running client software.

Features include:

•  Full motion video support.  The VirtualTrader keeps bandwidth use low which eliminates the higher bandwidth required by the client software to transmit full motion video.
• Zero administration at the desk.  The VirtualTrader OS has NO administration functionality at the desk.  Administration is handled via a configuration file on a web server.
• Multiple Desktops.  With up to 4 monitors per desktop, the VirtualTrader can combine multiple clients on multiple monitors. This layout is defined by the user, and controlled by the administrator.
• With our Flexible Linux OS, VirtualTrader can be customized to fit specific business requirements.
